Welcome to Haven of Clipart. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of digital products from Haven of Clipart.
By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Our Products
Haven of Clipart sells digital artwork and downloadable products, including clipart supplied in formats such as PNG and JPG.
All products sold through our store are digital products only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No physical item will be shipped to you.
Product images, mockups, and examples are provided to demonstrate the artwork and possible uses. Please review the individual product description before purchasing to understand exactly what is included.
2. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital files through the download method specified on our website.
Files may be delivered through Shopify, a digital-download service, Google Drive, or another secure file-hosting service.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you can access the download method provided.

3. License to Use Our Artwork
Purchasing a digital product from Haven of Clipart does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original artwork to the purchaser.
Your purchase provides you with a license to use the artwork according to the licensing terms provided with the product or elsewhere on our website.
Unless a product states otherwise, you may use purchased artwork for personal projects and permitted commercial end products in accordance with our applicable license.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Haven of Clipart and/or the applicable rights holder.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original digital files.
- Upload the original files to file-sharing websites, stock websites, digital marketplaces, or similar services.
- Sell the original PNG, JPG, or other supplied files as standalone digital downloads.
- Include our original files in another clipart, graphics, digital-paper, design-resource, or asset bundle.
- Claim our artwork as your own original artwork.
- Share purchased files with another person, business, group, or organization unless your applicable license expressly permits it.
- Make the original files available in a way that allows others to extract, download, or reuse them independently.
- Use our products for unlawful purposes or in violation of another person's rights.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to redistribute the underlying artwork.
5. Commercial Use
Commercial use may be permitted according to the license associated with the product.
Where commercial use is allowed, the artwork should generally be incorporated into a finished or transformed end product rather than being redistributed as the original digital asset.
Specific licensing restrictions, usage limits, or extended-license requirements may apply. Where a product listing or separate License Terms page provides more specific terms, those terms form part of your purchase agreement.

6. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate availability of downloadable files, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the files or download access have been supplied, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Please review the product description and included files carefully before purchasing.
If you receive an incorrect file, cannot access your purchase, or experience a technical problem with the files, contact us at hello@havenofclipart.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Product Variations
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, device, software, printer, paper, ink, or other production method.
We cannot guarantee that printed colors will exactly match the colors displayed on your screen.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the supplied file formats and specifications are suitable for their intended software, equipment, printing method, or project.
8. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.
We may offer sales, multi-buy promotions, bundle pricing, volume collections, discount codes, or other promotional offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
Prices and promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect completed purchases.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to digital products is provided.
9. Bundle and Collection Offers
Haven of Clipart may offer individual clipart bundles, multi-buy promotions, themed collections, volume collections, or other packaged digital products.
Products included within larger collections may also be sold individually.
Purchasing the same artwork more than once through separate products or collections does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund for duplicate content unless required by applicable law.
Customers should review collection contents before purchasing.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, graphics, product presentation, branding, website content, logos, text, and other original materials available through Haven of Clipart are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or downloading our products does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual-property rights to you.
You receive only the usage rights expressly provided under the applicable license.
11. Accounts and Customer Information
If you create an account or provide information when making a purchase, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

12. Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, digital-file delivery, analytics, marketing, file hosting, and other functionality.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital downloads accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us so we can assist with restoring access where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haven of Clipart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes will not retroactively alter rights relating to completed purchases where applicable law does not permit such changes.
